Subject: Claims against the Apes Hill Club Homeowners Association (“HOA”), Apes Hill (Barbados) (“Controlling Member”), the current Directors of the HOA appointed by Controlling Member, and Garden Wall Villa Association

Date: December 9, 2025

Dear Fellow Members of the HOA:

We wish to update you on a few matters relevant to the ongoing proceedings.

We have experienced intermittent technical disruptions to the Apes Hill Benevolent Society’s website. We are working with our service providers to maintain its stability and ensure continued access to the information posted there.

Please be assured that we remain committed to keeping members informed and to supporting the operation of the HOA and the Garden Wall Villa Association to ensure all actions taken are in accordance with their respective Bylaws and the laws of Barbados.

Yesterday, December 8, 2025, the High Court considered an application to adjourn the trial dates in the above-captioned matter due to medical issues affecting one of the Defendants and the trial counsel representing the HOA and its current Directors. The Court had no choice but to adjourn the trial until March 2026. We will advise members once all tentative adjourned dates have been confirmed.

We take this opportunity to wish you a joyous and prosperous New Year.

Yours faithfully,

Paul L. Lamb
President
Apes Hill Benevolent Society, Inc.
