Subject: Our Hope for the New Year; Updated Litigation Report
Dear Members of the Apes Hill Community:
On behalf of the Apes Hill Benevolent Society, I extend warm wishes for a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year. We remain hopeful that in 2025, the ongoing litigation will be successfully resolved, paving the way for the Apes Hill Club Homeowners Association Inc. and the Garden Wall Villa Association Inc. to operate under duly elected Boards of Directors. These Boards should be accountable to their respective memberships, free from conflicts of interest, and committed to transparent management in accordance with their Bylaws and sound accounting practices. This will enable the issuance of unqualified Financial Statements and the convening of Annual Meetings where the business of each Association is conducted by its Members, rather than by Directors appointed by Apes Hill (Barbados) Inc. and/ or Glenn Chamandy.
I have attached an updated report from counsel for the Claimants in the litigation against the Apes Hill Club Homeowners Association Inc. (“First Defendant”); Christopher Anthony Audain (“Second Defendant”); Sunil Chatrani (“Third Defendant”); Roddy James Carr (“Fourth Defendant”); Apes Hill (Barbados) Inc (“Fifth Defendant”); and Garden Wall Villa Association Inc (“Sixth Defendant”). Please note that even though the Sixth Defendant was duly served, it has not appeared in the litigation.
Yours faithfully,
Paul L. Lamb
President Apes Hill Benevolent Society, Inc
